Textile artist of the month Juli: Yvonne Zoberbier
My artistic creative process is a deeply female one. I intuitively create bodies, creatures and gossamer shells of my own inner reality. I allow myself to enter into a dialogue between the material and the sensations of my soul. The artistic result is open at the beginning and only crystallises gradually.
What shapes my work: An attentive eye for the smallest, wonderful details of natural environments. The fascination for the very individual forms of blossoms, leaves and grasses, woods and stones. Facial expressions, gestures and faces in felt, created from memories, emotions, experiences and impressions. A deeply feminine view of bodies.
